Catering by Café de la Paz
The Café offers a catering service package for almost every occasion and budget. With full-service catering, the Café takes complete responsibility for all aspects of food preparation and service at your event.
Value Catering provides economical buffet service, at the Café's most basic full-service cost. Choose from several menu plans by selecting the links to brunch and dinner above.
Premium Catering offers the Café's most extensive buffet or full table service. Both Premium and Value Catering include beautifully arranged main tables, featuring the colorful produce and Chile’s of the Café’s flavorful cuisine.
To Go Catering is the Café's most economical catering option. Selected menu plans are prepared at the Café, and packaged in ready-to-serve or heat-and-serve containers. You pick up or we deliver.
The Community room at Café de la Paz is one of the few facilities of its kind in the Berkeley area. This thousand-square feet catering and meeting facility is ideal for:
- Catering banquets and parties
- Family gatherings
- Meetings and conferences
- Workshops and classes
- Wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners
- Birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations
High ceilings, plants, and a carpeted floor give the Community Room a spacious and inviting feeling. The space is easily partitioned to create a more intimate ambiance for smaller gatherings.
Close proximity to the UC campus, BART, and major bus lines, good wheelchair access, and ample neighborhood parking, all help make the Community Room a convenient and safe destination, day or night.
The Community Room is also available for hourly and daily rental, as well as by catering agreement.
